I have a confession. I am a Trump fan; have been since I read The Art of The Deal in 1989. I began 2015 praying that Rand Paul would eclipse his father’s support and vanquish the diabolical DeceptiCONS™ (neocons in your language) from the Right but I warmed quickly to the idea of a true, Buchananistic, ‘Murica First-er as President. It didn’t hurt that his wife showed some public signs of Catholicity and that Trump was fond of Saint Michael lancing Satan’s head statues. In the early days of the 2016 campaign I coined the term Trumpzilla and even mixed together the ultimate Godzilla roar for the Trumpzialla roar.

Last night, Donald John Trump, once again, offered himself up as tribute to the hordes of Moloch. Somewhere deep in the bowels of her pedo cave, Marina Abromivic, Lady GaGa and Peppermin Psaki howled at the moon like Hugh Jackman’s Van Helsing dousing the she-vampires with Holy Water.

Now, for the first time since January of 2021, when the coup-demons infested 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, there will be a loud, very loud and very public counter to their scorched earth running of the tables in every human event conceivable: Trumpzilla is back.

That this man is willing to give this insurmountable challenge another go indicates to this writer that he is the true definition what Chesterton said a patriot is and what an anti-patriot is as the Never Trumpers are the latter.

A man who says that no patriot should attack the [Deep State war on the citizenry] until it is over is not worth answering intelligently; he is saying that no good son should warn his mother off a cliff until she has fallen over it. But there is an anti-patriot who honestly angers honest men, and the explanation of him is, I think, what I have suggested: he is the uncandid candid friend; the man who says, "I am sorry to say we are ruined," and is not sorry at all. And he may be said, without rhetoric, to be a traitor; for he is using that ugly knowledge which was allowed him to strengthen the army, to discourage people from joining it. Because he is allowed to be pessimistic as a military adviser he is being pessimistic as a recruiting sergeant. Just in the same way the pessimist (who is the cosmic anti-patriot) uses the freedom that life allows to her counsellors to lure away the people from her flag.

Let’s be clear about the 800 pound gorilla in this room: Trump doesn’t have to do this and this fact should impel every good man to support him because he does have to do it, for while doing it that man is opposing the evil that “sen[ds] hither swarms of Officers to harass our people and eat out their substance.”

At the least, Trump stands athwart these swarms of the Regime yelling, per Reagan “STOP! And Let’s MAGA”.

Roe is gone because of Trump’s clarity in choosing SCOTUS Justices. Let’s pray that clarity can be fixed on the menace that is the Deep State & both domestic and abroad.
