I Have Held Since 2009 That If Pro-Life States Really Are "Pro-Life" Then The Roe Decision Is/Was Moot

“THE Conventions of a number of the States, having at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its [the new Constitution’s] powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added: And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best ensure the beneficent ends of its institution.” - Preamble to The “Bill of Rights” as it appeared on the document that was sent to the 11 states for ratification in 1790.

Amendment X - “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

UPDATE: I should explain the complete meaning of the above: the BOR was added to the Constitution as a check against FEDERAL power; thus all 13 of the submitted amendments are EXPLICITLY and SOLELY aimed at the Federal government and have no power or force of law whatever on the actions of the sovereign states in the Union. As I like to say on my radio show “and that’s not nothin’”. The demonic AC guzzling, demonic Left does not know the above; neither do their hapless dupes in The Stupid Party. Neither does 99.95% of Boobus Americanus. THAT is the problem with abortion in all its grisly, legalized evil, i.e. the U.S. Constitution never had a say so in the matter.

The “leaked…majority opinion” on the Jones case recognizes the above even if it doesn’t cite the BOR Preamble and that is what cannot stand and must be thwarted. Even if it brings about the inevitable violent confrontation between Cult of Death client States and their less demonic, primarily Southern counterparts.

The truth about the “leak” is this: the demonically inspired Infanticide Cult “leadership” wanted to provoke this confrontation because that’s what it does. It wages war against Man and his attempts at eternal salvation. It ruins peoples lives with near irresistible temptations to commit mortal sin then builds upon the error.

To gain the initiative on this matter once and for all, the 36 states directly affected by Roe and Casey’s evil should declare e.g. that “life begins at conception” and in that state, per the Xth Amendment and the will of their legislature, they will defend truth that from all enemies, foreign and domestic.
