Atlanta, Georgia, and its suburbs. Savannah, too; and Augusta, Athens, and Macon counties.

Arlington, Virginia; Fairfax, Falls Church, Norfolk, and Loudoun County. Richmond and Portsmouth.

Birmingham, Alabama; Jackson, Mississippi; and Nashville, Tennessee.

Columbus and Cleveland, Ohio. Indianapolis, Indiana. St. Louis, Missouri.

Asheville and Durham County, North Carolina. Lawrence, Kansas and Tampa, Florida.

All these cities and counties are in red states, but represent just some of the dozens led by district attorneys who have declared they will not be prosecuting abortion crimes, whether those crimes relate to individuals seeking abortions, providing abortions, or supporting abortions.

In Wisconsin, the state’s Democratic attorney general sued to stop a pre-Roe law declaring abortion illegal. The law had been put on ice after the 1973 ruling and was given new life with Roe’s repeal. The Democratic governor of Wisconsin agreed with his attorney general, calling a special legislative session to repeal the law — but was ignored by the legislature. In response, the governor promised “clemency” for those breaking his state’s own law.

Wow. Federalism and little r [r]epublicanism has been restored but for the exact opposite effect I used to argue for to save ‘Muricah. My friend David Simpson and Philosophia Perennis mentor Brother Francis Maluf helped me learn that the form of gubbmint didn’t matter because our hierarchy was out of whack; that without restoring Christ The King at “the top of the ticket”, restoring [r]epublicanism or any other system of gubbmint, would produce similar if not worse results than we are currently, patiently suffering.

The Dobbs decision’s aftermath has proven this theory correct beyond any shadow of a doubt. The only way forward for “pro-lifers” is to do what Moloch’s minions, listed above are doing, but first Declaring our Utter Dependence on God as David suggested we might consider at our recently concluded Fellowship of The Clans Congress that everyone except Buck H., reading this missive, did not attend (for shame!! lol). We hold this truth to be self-evident: that all men are created. And, the creature presupposes a Creator, whose dominion extends to all that which is made. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under a demonic despotism, giving sons “stones” when requesting “bread”, it is the right, nay, the duty of the Church militant, of every virtuous person guided by Prudence, to oppose with morality and honorable resistance such depraved rulers and the governments they occupy, seeking new and holy guardians for the flock.

Such has been the patient sufferance of God’s people; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to declare, once again, the right relations of Divine and human law. The history of the present Age [the past 500 years] is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute tyranny of evil over Goodness. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

The King and Creator of the Universe, the Prince of Peace and the Soul of the Church have been rejected.

Rulers refuse to recognize Revealed and Natural law as superior to human law.

Our rulers have refused to acknowledge this hierarchy of Laws or to assent to the expositor of such laws on earth, the vicar of Christ.

Sadly, the Vicar of Christ minimizes the Divine Authority, nearly abdicating his role entirely.

Things Eternal have been equated with, even reduced below, things temporal, while Salvation has become a matter of personal opinion.

Finite “reason” is exalted; Infinite Wisdom despised.

Universality is destroyed. Pretenders to omniscience (human reason, scientism), omnipotence (politics, government, law) and omnipresence (surveillance) arise.
